LET YOUR CONFIDENCE BE IN GOD
THE SEED
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Philippians 4:13.
As we have entered a new century, with the advent of technology and scientific breakthroughs, man appears to have become smarter and quicker in the way things are being done and there seems to have been a change in our view of life and our environment at large.
The society at large now begins to emphasise the capacity and ability of man in achieving whatever he wants to achieve. But God‘s factor is key in man’s activities. It’s God that gave the intellectual knowledge and raw materials to pursue all the technology and scientific advancement and it is by God that our good intentions are being actualised.
In the book of Deuteronomy 8:18; Moses told the children of Israel, “But thou shall remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swears unto thy fathers, as it is this day. In that they should never think that their power and the might of their hand gave them their wealth.” Let your confidence be in the Lord and not in your ability or influence.
PRAYER

Bi a ti ṣe wọ ọgọrùn ọdún miran pẹlu ifarahan ìmọ ẹrọ ati ijinlẹ sáyẹnsì, awọn eniyan ni ọgbọn òye àti iyàrá lati ṣe ohùn ti wọn fẹ ṣe. Ìmọ ti o gbórò sí tun wà láti mú ìlọsíwájú àti ayípadà wà fún ayika wà.
Ènìyàn lápapò bẹrẹ sí ní jẹ gaba lórí ipá àti agbára tí wọn ní láti fẹ àti láti ní ohun tí wọn pinnu lati ṣe. Ṣugbọn alakale Ọlọrun ṣe kckc nínú ipá ènìyàn.
Ọlọrun ni o fun ènìyàn ní ìmọ ijinlẹ àti àwọn ohun èlò láti lè ṣe ìmọ ẹrọ ati ohun ijinlẹ sáyẹnsì. Nipa Ọlọrun sí ní ohun gbogbo wọnyi ṣe wà sí imusẹ
