THE SEED
“Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor’s.” Exodus 20:17
As children of God, all things have been given to us from Heaven by His grace. These things are perfectly good and we must be satisfied with them. It is therefore a sin to have our eyes and minds on beautiful things that belongs to our neighbors at work, homes, Churches and anywhere we find ourselves. We do not have the same destiny neither do we share the same time and season to make it in life, so we have to patiently wait for our time and season for our destiny to shine. I pray, may our Glory come to play as we continue to abide Christ in Jesus Mighty Name. We should always be on our guard for life does not consist in the abundance of our possessions alone. Mind you, the Lord said the thought He has for us is good and not evil to give us an expected end. He is faithful and never fails. So, let us keep our fingers crossed, for our time for lifting and blessing is close to us than ever before but never covet your neighbor. God bless.
BIBLE READING: 2 Kings 5:22-27
PRAYER: Spirit of Covetousness that will take our beautiful tomorrow away from us will never come near us in Jesus name. Amen.
