The Song Of Fools

THE SONG OF FOOLS

THE SEED

“It is better to heed the rebuke of a wise person than to listen to the song of fools.” Ecclesiastes 7:5 NIV

Rebuke from the wise is a saving plan of God to keep us from unrepairable mistakes  that can ruin us, but as we all know that for every good plan of God for us, satan also coined his own device to counter it and make us fall into what God has rescued us from.

Such is the device of the song of fools. This is more of evil-sweet advice that accord  praise instead of rebuke. It cheers one up to thrive in wrongdoing with false hope that clouds  one’s judgement to see and understand that whatever a man sow, shall surely be reaped.

To canal people, they enjoy being praised for doing wrong, but for us that have been  bought with a great price of the blood of Christ, we should expect and accept rebuke for our  wrongs. This will enable us to make amends and become what God has prepared us to be.

Please move away from anyone that supports you in your wrongs, they are satan-sent  to rob you of God’s grace.

PRAYER

Lord, help me to have an open spirit to receive rebuke for my wrongs. Amen  BIBLE READINGS: Proverbs 27:3-6
