TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY
THE SEED
“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalms 55:22
Uncertain times aren’t new. With the same old story lines of doom and gloom, far too many have come to believe, accept defeat and live with a depressed and fear-based mentality. God knew there would be chaos and times of uncertainty in the world as we have it today. That’s why God gave us a relevant word, for every situation and for every generation! The worst enemy people are afraid of today is death from contagion like COVID-19. Yes, we ought to be concerned, but understand that your worry and your fear does not negate God’s power and His Authority over all diseases, famine, and death.
Dearly beloved, in times like this, speak to your heart using the word of God, so that you would understand how you could be strong and courageous, particularly in a world that is mostly worried by settling for the power of His word and empowered by His Spirit.
PRAYER
Father Lord, empower me to be courageous in the time of uncertainty. Amen. BIBLE READINGS: Psalm 46:1-3

Àsìkò aidaniloju kò jẹ tuntun, o tí wá ní ìgbà atijọ. O jẹ ìgbà ìparun atí okunkun. Èyí tí o mú kí àwọn ènìyàn gbàá sí ìgbà ijakule, ibanuje ati ìbẹrù jọjọ. Olorun mọ ṣaaju pe ìgbà wahala àti aidaniloju yíó wá nínú ayé, bi o ti ṣe wa loni.
Ere idí niyi, tí Ọlọrun fi fún wá ní àwọn ọrọ Rẹ, fún àwọn ohun tí a nla kọjá ati fún ìràn kọ kan. Ohun tí o burú jù, tí àwọn ènìyàn bẹrù gidigidi lóde òní ni àjàkálẹ̀àrùn bí COVID-19. Looto o tọ ki a bẹrù, sugbon ki o ye wá pé igbelokan soke àti ìbẹrù ko sọ agbara Olorun ati àṣẹ Rẹ dì yẹpẹrẹ lórí àìsàn, iyan àti ikú.
Olufẹ ọwọn ni iru awon asiko wọnyi, bá ọkàn rẹ sọrọ, nípa lílo ọrọ Olọrun, kí o bá lé ní òye láti lè ní agbára àti ìgboyà; paa pa julọ nínú ayé tí o wà nínú iporuru. Wá ní ìbámu pẹlú agbára ọrọ Rẹ, kí o sí gbà agbára èmí mímó.
