THE SEED
“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.” – Acts 2:42
Consistency is essential for spiritual growth. In medicine, treatments must be followed diligently; stopping early weakens the effect. Similarly, a Christian who prays sporadically or neglects fellowship cannot experience lasting spiritual progress. Elisha rebuked King Joash for striking the ground only three times instead of persistently, showing the importance of steadfast action. Likewise, believers must remain rooted and grounded in Christ, continually practising prayer, obedience, and fellowship. True consistency leads to power and effectiveness in the Christian life.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to remain steadfast in my walk with You, consistently abiding in prayer, fellowship, and obedience, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
