Action After Waiting On God

THE SEED
“On the third day, Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the palace, in front of the king’s hall…”

When Queen Esther heard from her Uncle the news that the King had signed the.. for all the Jews living in Sushan and its environment to be killed in one day, motivated by her uncle Mordechai, Esther waited for God to guide her so that she could know how to help her people, they waited on God in fasting after which she took action to dress up to face the challenge she has committed to God’s hand.We learn a valuable lesson from this action without which we can not have an enduring victory. When we are faced with troubles of life as Christians our first action is to call on God to seek counsel on what to do just like Esther did but the amazing thing is that some people never complete the circle by taking Holy Spirit-led actions to face the trouble and have a physical victory that leads to testimony. When you are faced with scary situations, remember to act as Esther did; pray, fast and then bravely face your fears. Esther fasted and prayed for God’s supernatural strength to approach the king to save her nation, she found favour and her nation was saved.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus after waiting on you, please give me the courage that I need to take your inspired action to claim victory over my fears and challenges. Amen
