RIGHTEOUSNESS PRODUCES BOLDNESS
THE SEED
“The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.” — Proverbs 28:1
Righteousness produces confidence that project boldness—not arrogance, but a confident assurance in God. This boldness is not based on human strength but on the finished work of Christ and our covenant rights in Him. The righteous know who they are and who stands behind them. Boldness gives us the courage to speak, pray, and act in faith without fear of opposition or failure. We are not bold because of ourselves but because of the greater One who lives within us. We must walk in this reality daily. When fear tries to creep in, remind yourself of your identity in Christ. Lions don’t tremble at the sound of lesser creatures; so also, a believer grounded in righteousness stands firm against life’s challenges.
Reflection: True boldness comes from knowing your identity in Christ.
