SERVING GOD WITH A PURE HEART
THE SEED
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23 (NIV)
God delights in service that flows from a sincere heart. Serving with hidden pride or worldly motives blinds us to His presence and hinders His work in us. A pure heart keeps our focus on Christ, not on recognition or reward.
Purity of heart is cultivated through self-examination, surrender, and a daily walk of integrity. When our motives are right, our service carries eternal weight and pleases God. Let every act of service, whether in the church or in daily life, be done as unto the Lord. In that place of purity, His glory is revealed.
