STAYING CALM

                                                             STAYING CALM

THE SEED

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea,I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah.  41: 10 KJV

By giving our worries and concerns to Jesus, and believing in him alone, Jesus says that we gain peace. His peace that surpasses all understanding. Life on Earth can be really, really hard, and it can allow worry, stress and anxiety take over our thoughts. But by going through the word of God, praying to God always and by believing his words, it will help to soothe our weary souls and to fend off worry, stress and anxiety. Staying calm means you don’t have to react in any emotional situation. If the situation is stressful you control your anger or frustration. A calm person does not show or feel any worry, anger or excitement. A calm person will not allow the things of this world to entice him or her. In everything, be prayerful and thankful, let your request be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Being calm enables you to think reasonably and gives you the time and space to clear your mind. Do not worry about anything, instead pray about everything. Communicate with God all the time and always thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not depend on your own understanding, for God has not given us the spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self discipline. Keep calm and have faith in God he will definitely make your way smooth.
