THE BLESSING OF GIVING

THE SEED

“Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.” – Ecclesiastes 11:1 (KJV)

God is a generous giver who gave His Son for mankind expecting nothing in return. Giving is His heartbeat and a kingdom principle that yields abundant rewards. Like bread cast on water that returns multiplied, acts of kindness, generosity, and kingdom giving never go unrewarded. When we give freely—not grudgingly or under compulsion—we reflect the character of God. He delights in cheerful givers. Be intentional about giving and trust God’s timing for your harvest. The blessing will return, pressed down, shaken together, and running over.

BIBLE READINGS:  2 Corinthians 9:6–11 (KJV)

PRAYER: Dear Lord, open my eyes to the mystery of giving and impart in me the heart of generosity. Make me a channel of Your blessings, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
