A turning point is the moment when a significant shift, typically for the better, takes place. In the Bible, there are stories of people, families, and nations that reached a turning
point—a period when events altered for the better. Perhaps you were cast into the pit by Satan. It could be a health, financial, spiritual, or marital pit. Or he has imprisoned you in a financial, marital, spiritual, or physical state. God will use everything Satan has done to your detriment so far for your benefit. God places a great deal of significance on two things: His WORD and His NAME. None of the names that God uses are puns. He cannot ever permit the tainting, demeaning, or mocking of His name. God won’t stand by and permit someone who truly is a
child of God to be accused of putting their trust in God yet failing to be saved (Isaiah 36:18-20). It might be reasonable to inquire if you have reached a turning point in your life toward the God of heaven with everything that is going on in the world right now. Your life is about to take a personal turn, requiring you to make a personal choice to turn your heart, mind, and body toward God and a close relationship with Him. A true desire to find and follow God’s way of life while submitting to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, not just an intellectual belief in God.
PRAYER
Oh Lord, turn my life around to the glory of Your name.
