THE WORD OF GOD IS LIGHT
THE SEED
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105 NKJV
Light brings clarity, direction, and safety so does God’s Word. In confusion, Scripture illuminates the next step; in darkness, it exposes pitfalls; in wandering, it points home. We don’t stumble because God is silent but because we walk without His lamp. Meditation changes eyesight. As the Word dwells richly in us, we begin to see sin for what it is and obedience for what it yields. Saul’s encounter on the Damascus road was literally blinding light that turned a persecutor into a preacher; ever since, the same gospel he opposed became the torch he carried.
Open the Book when you least feel like it; light is most valuable when night is thickest. Read it, believe it, obey it—and watch your path brighten. Let Scripture lead and your steps will land in safety.
