WAYS GOD SPEAKS TO US

WAYS GOD SPEAKS TO US

THE SEED

“Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.” Genesis 37:5 NKJV

God speaks in many ways through His written Word, the inner witness of the Holy Spirit, wise counsel, providential circumstances, visions, and dreams. Joseph’s dreams foretold his future; though misunderstood and resisted, they guided his journey. God also warned Pharaoh in dreams seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine (Genesis 41) and gave Joseph wisdom to interpret and to act. The point is not to chase experiences but to heed God. Whenever He speaks, His voice aligns with Scripture, advances His purposes, and bears peace and clarity rather than coercion. Disobedience carries consequences; obedience positions us for God’s unfolding plan, even when the route includes pits and prisons.

Ask for a hearing heart. Test impressions by the Word. Move when God confirms. His guidance may begin as a whisper and end as a testimony for generations. Lean in to listen; live ready to obey.
