LET THERE BE LIGHT
THE SEED
“And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” — Genesis 1:3 KJV
When God spoke light into existence, darkness had no choice but to give way. Light represents truth, revelation, and divine presence. In a world overwhelmed with darkness, believers are called to shine as lights—offering hope, love, and direction. Jesus, the Light of the world, shines through us when we live righteously and show kindness to others. Light and darkness cannot coexist. To shine effectively, we must separate from sin, walk in truth, and reflect the nature of Christ in our daily living. When we let our light shine, others are drawn to Jesus, not to us. Acts of love, generosity, and faith illuminate hearts and bring glory to God. Let your light shine boldly.
How can your light bring hope to someone this week?
