THE SEED
“As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.” — 2 Chronicles 20:22 (NIV)
Worship is more than a song; it is a powerful weapon. In moments of fear and uncertainty, worship lifts our hearts above the battle line and anchors our faith in God’s power. When we worship, we acknowledge that the victory is not in our strength but in God’s. Jehoshaphat’s army did not lift a sword; they lifted their voices in praise. God Himself fought their enemies, leaving behind an abundance of blessings. Worship shifts our focus from the problem to the God who can solve it. When we fix our gaze on God through worship, fear loses its grip. He inhabits the praises of His people and moves in ways we cannot imagine.
